Six years ago we set out on this adventure. 

Our single goal was to make the best whisky in the world. Each day we have inched closer and closer to achieving that audacious goal.

2022 had all the hallmarks of being a trainwreck, as consumer confidence took a beating with a federal election, a war in Europe and relentless interest rate raises.

Yet we have flourished.

In the last 12 months we have more than doubled our stock of whisky ageing in barrels. 

In August we entered our first spirits competition hoping to pick up a medal or two. Instead we cleaned up the medals by winning 40 out of 60 medals awarded, including winning the trophy for Best Cask Strength Whisky at the show. 

These successes are just the tip of the iceberg.

2023 is already looking like it will make 2022 look like we were just getting started.
