Coburns boasts one of the top ten largest barrel stores of single malt in Australia, a testament to our commitment to quality and excellence. The Coburns story began back in 2015 when we formed the company, and in just under a month, our very first barrel will turn 7 years old.

Our dedication to crafting extraordinary single malts has been recognised on the international stage. Three years ago, we won the trophy for Best Cask Strength Single Malt at the Royal Australian Spirits Awards 2022. This was just the beginning of our accolades. In 2023, we secured 5 Double Golds at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Awards and nominated Best Australian Whisky 2023, followed by an impressive 4 Liquid Golds in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2024.

These awards are a testament to the extraordinary quality of our single barrel single malts. We have waited seven years before releasing our first bottling, ensuring that each drop meets the highest standards of excellence.
