Coburns 8th Birthday Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is COBURN & CO Pty Ltd (ABN: 85 610 478 512), located at Burrawang Station Lane, Burrawang NSW 2577 Australia.

2. Promotion Period
The competition begins at 12:00am AEST on 28 July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 29 August 2025.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees of COBURN & CO Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • Entrants must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, individuals must purchase a Coburns whisky barrel during the promotion period.

  • Each barrel purchased equals one (1) entry into the competition.

  • Purchases must be completed and paid in full to qualify.

  • Multiple entries are permitted — one entry per barrel purchased.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize – for 2 people:

  • Two-night stay in luxury Southern Highlands Accommodation

  • Private transfers to and from Sydney Metro or Sydney Airport

  • Private tour of the Coburns Distillery, including hosted lunch and exclusive whisky tasting

  • Visit to a celebrated Southern Highlands vineyard

  • Free time for local exploration in the Southern Highlands

  • One (1) bottle of Coburns founders release whisky

Second Prize:

  • One (1) bottle of Coburns founders release whisky

Third Prize:

  • One (1) Coburns whisky tasting pack

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Travel must be taken on dates arranged by Coburns Distillery and is subject to availability. The winner must be available for travel within [insert validity period, e.g., 6 months] of being notified.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random via a computer-generated draw.

  • The draw will take place on Monday, 8 September 2025 at Coburns Distillery.

  • Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 3 business days of the draw.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, Coburns reserves the right to redraw.

  • Second and Third Prize winners will have their prizes delivered by post to the address provided upon confirmation.

7. Travel & Expenses

  • The Grand Prize includes accommodation, transfers, and scheduled experiences.

  • All other costs (including meals not specified, additional travel, incidentals, and personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.

  • Both travellers must be over 18 years of age.

8. Liability
Coburns accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize. Entrants participate at their own risk.

9. Privacy
Personal information provided will be used to administer the competition and in accordance with Coburns' Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to receiving communications from Coburns related to this promotion and future offers. You may opt out at any time.

10. General

  • Coburns reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside its control.

  • Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
